terms: Vitam Agere d.o.o.- owner of the website. Guest, owner of accommodation -

Terms of business

All personal data is used solely in the intent of executing our services and is
not available to the public except in cases where the user expressly permits it
by giving special consent for such purposes

Personal data may be passed on to third parties in the case of a user who
submits a request for accommodation, and third persons are the accommodation
owners as users of the inquiry system

use data to send bids and news about the facts

use of postal address and other personal data on user ads

use data for direct marketing

the user has the right to access his / her data via the username and password
that he / she is assigned to and which can be changed and you decide which
personal information you want to set as visible on your ad

the personal data of the users who advertise their adds are kept in the
database for the entire duration of the mutual cooperation and 3 months from
the date of the termination of the cooperation

to delete all data, at direct request of the user

right to terminate the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes
The
right to file a complaint with the supervising body against the processing
manager if he or she thinks processing his personal data is in violation of the
General Data Protection Act.

Terms of payment
www.croatiaapartments.net
mediates the payment of advance payment for a reservation between the guest and
the owner of the accommodation, vehicle or vessel. After
the advance payment, the customer receives a voucher of Vitam Agere d.o.o. which
reduces the total cost of the service for the paid amount of the advance. After
the payment has been received, the service provider is notified of the payment
received. The
remainder of the amount is paid to the service provider upon arrival.
Payments
can be made online through PayPal or Credit Cards: American Express®,
MasterCard®, Visa, Diners or Discover.
Currencies
USD, EUR and GBP are listed only as the information. All
transactions will be made in the currency of Croatia.
Vitam Agere d.o.o. (www.croatiaapartments.net)
is in no way responsible for the relationship between the guest and the service
provider.
Vitam
Agere d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel or modify any services paid through
this web site due to possible errors in price calculation since prices are
calculated automatically. In
case of cancellation of the service by Vitam Agere d.o.o., Vitam Agere d.o.o. the
guest is obligated to make the refund of the funds fully paid. The deadline for repayment of
money is 30 days. If Vitam
Agere d.o.o. notice
a program error in the final price of the service, guests will be sent a new
offer that guests have the right to cancel or accept. In
case of refusal of a new offer by the guest, Vitam Agere d.o.o. is
obligated to make the refund of the funds fully paid. The deadline for return is 30 days.
Free
cancellation of the booking already made is possible up to 30 days before
arrival. After
this deadline, the repayment of funds is not possible for any reason.
In
the case of money refund, it will be returned within 30 days.

the event of any complaints, guests can contact the official e-mail address

When
a customer makes a payment on this website, it is considered that he has
accepted the above conditions.
In the
event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Split is competent.
www.atlantis-marine.net mediates in advance payment between the guest and service provider (owner of accommodation, vehicle or boat). After advance payment is received, guest gets voucher from Vitam Agere d.o.o. for purchased service which reduces total amount of service for advance payment amount. After received payment, service provider is informed about received payment. The rest of the amount is payed directly to the service provider prior at arrival or via website www.atlantis-marine.net up to 30 days before arrival, depending on booking conditions.
Advance payment online can be done by using PayPal or Credit Cards: American Express ®, MasterCard ®, Visa, Diners or Discover.
Vitam Agere d.o.o. (www.atlantis-marine.net ) is not in any way responsible for relationship between guest and service provider.
Vitam Agere d.o.o. reserve rights to cancel or modify any payed service via this website due to possible website errors in price calculation because prices are calculated automatically. In case of cancellation by Vitam Agere d.o.o., already payed amount for reservation will be returned to guest within 30 days. In case Vitam Agere d.o.o. notice wrong price calculation of booked service they will send new offer to guest that they can accept or refuse. In case of guest refusing new offer, Vitam Agere d.o.o. will return already payed amount to guest within 30 days.
Free cancellations (advance payment return) are only possible up to 30 days before arrival. After that period, advance payment return is not possible due to any reason.

When guest make payment it is considered he is agreed with this general business conditions.
In case of litigation jurisdiction has Commercial Court in Split, Croatia.
