CITIZENS OF THESE COUNTRIES DO NOT PAY FOR MEDICAL SERVICES IN CROATIAN HOSPITALS:

Only citizens of the countries that didn`t signed medical insurance convention have to pay for medical services. Please check is your country signed medical insurance convention.

In all major cities in Croatia you can find hospitals. In smaller towns you have small clinics in which you can get basic medical service.

In almost all towns you can find pharmacy shops.

For patients whose lifes are in danger, can use emergency air transportation (helicopter) or sea transportation (speed boat).

Tourists can also use services of private doctors and dentists where they pay full price for all medical services.
